9999-in-1 is a open source multicart ROM for the NES. It allows you to combine up to four simple NES ROM's in one larger ROM. The name is a joke suggested by VBLANK, which refers to the old pirate multicarts that often advertised inflated numbers of games on each cart. Thanks to Zen Albatross for the inspiration behind the new title screen.
